I get complaints almost daily about this for months. Im almost about to remove it because of the headache! "Unable to issue your reward. Please contact an administrator"
Hi I have the tour too but in fact making some room in the inventory it works
WOW 6 months and still no fix.. Players still complain hell even does it to me and I can have an empty inventory and it still does it.. Sometimes it takes for the server to do its daily restart for it to work.. PLEASE FIX!!

I have another problem with Quests. It lost connection to zlevels every couple hours. I cant fix that but found a workaround. Perhaps this help you too but 5 minutes is really short. I installed TimedExecute and reload Quests every 3 hours. This works fine for me.

still having the same issue
will I hate to say it but I am throwing in the towel boys. Delivery quests are constantly messed up. Claiming quest constantly mess up. Not to mention a player can claim a quest get rewarded and be told failed to claim a quest. This allows a player to spam the button and constantly get rewarded. Delivery quest when attempting to deliver tells the player in chat question progress but also brings up the menu to claim. This has a different behavior however where you are unable to ever claim the delivery.
Same issue on my server now too...and judging by last update and what people are saying here...doesn't feel very optimistic....
I'm willing to pay a Devto fix or rewrite this plugin. I love it, I love the way you can offer diffrent rewards, and the customization is great.. I would totaly pay $20 bucks for this to be fixed, or rewritten. Please please please will someone fix this!

I have also changed the contact administrator BS in the oxide/lang/en folder to "You have been added to the queue. Please try again in a few minutes" just to keep the players off my ass
I have been able to get over this problem by only giving RP as rewards and not an item. Added items in the store that they can buy using RP anyway.
You know I ended up changing out the Unable to issue your reward. Please contact an administrator to System is busy, please check back in a few minutes. I havent heard 1 complaint in over 8 months since.
Plus I have an area on my info page in game that explains: Plugins are just that an addon to make the game better thats not part of the original game. Plugins will break or have an issue at 1 point or another. If you happen to be on when a plugin breaks or has an issue it not often but it happends, (Unless it's the 1st Thursday then you get to see most of them break) But all server owners/admins work as quick as they can to make sure these issues are taken care of as quick as we can, and keep you informed.
