First thanks for the update enforcer, the dome idea is pretty cool. I have a couple of suggestions specific to static quarries because that is what i am interested in now.

- Dome radius needs to be alot smaller to just fit the area for the quarry loot/toggle
- I suggest a message to be sent to the player when fuel runs out to warn that it has been unlocked
- How about a timed window after fuel runs out before it gets unlocked, and player to be notified for that too (same as what Excavator Lock plugin does)
- A cooldown for the player/team that just used it (30 mins or so as default and to be configurable)
- Last thing i noticed is that the message i get when i start toggle the quarry is "No one can access this quarry unless you leave the dome or the quarries fuel runs out", even tho i have "If the player leaves the dome unlock the static quarry": false in the config. It needs an extra Message to be registered.
