Heli does no damage to a PvP player's base

1. Like another user in this thread, I cannot get the admin commands to return any information. The chat box just goes away and there's no response.

2. A friend on my soon-to-go-live server built a base, and it takes no damage from the Heli. I however, as another PVP player can damage it. Is this a configurable setting, or just a bug?

Hi MrJingles,

I have created a standalone mod file that will gather information about combat, I wanted to know if you would be interested in running it on a test server.
I would rather have it on a test server in case it causes any errors, once I know it doesn't give any errors we can look at running on a live server to gather actual combat information that will help me identify what I need to include in my PvX mod.
