Allow to use Zone Name as ID to support Dynamic PVP Plugin as Dymaic PVP Zone ID always changes on restart or plugin reload.

Hi,
help needed. I used NextGenPVE together with DynamicPVP, I want to use PreventLooting such that it prevents looting within the PVE zone, but in the PVP zones, looting is OK.

This requires the PreventLooting plugin to support it.

Anyone have this working with the latest version of the plugin? Would be awesome to be able to use this with DynamicPVP.
