The Sam Sites are shooting the owner of the base. How van I fix this?

Sam sites shooting players authed on the base's TC is vanilla behavior. This plugin doesn't affect that. The above plugin I linked does. Just install it.

Also FYI: you probably sent $10 to August, the maintainer of this plugin, not to me.
