Can you add a menu that can be opened via a command that allows players to toggle powerless electronics on/off for each entity they have permissions for? This way those who dont want to use powerless electronics can toggle them off if they want to create circuits

This plugin doesn't prevent players from creating circuits. If entities are wired up properly, they don't receive free power, they receive power from whatever they are wired into.
