I have installed a the custom map "Keanland" and Powerless Electronics won't work. I have tried reloading and reinstalling the plugin wirthout success. Please help.

Which entities have you configured to get free electricity, and how much electricity did you configure? If you have configured then to require permission, have you also granted the permission?

Whether a map is custom should not matter. This is likely a case of misunderstanding the config. Setting PowerAmount to 0 does not make entities require 0 power, but rather makes them require vanilla power. If you have not already done so, I recommend reading the Getting Started section of the plugin documentation.
