Hello. Seems this plugin is outdated (not working ingame) Can you update it ? :) 

I did not experience any issues when I tested this plugin on Staging before the August force wipe update. Are you seeing any errors in the server logs? If no errors, please run o.reload PowerlessElectronics and paste the output of that command here. Please also paste your config and list which entities you are seeing issues with.
