Since this plugin and devils island are so vlose together, I want to basically combined them (since devils island isn't working).
Be careful about things, such as how often can the leader call a heli in? If he can do that then players need to be able to opt out of paying tax, the leader should then only be able to call the heli to those players not all players. Devils island was a nice idea but very complicated.

This would complicate things a bit. This would then be too similiar to devils island, although I would love most of the features in here. I still want to keep it simplistic and easy to use.
The heli call should always be expensive, so always make it expensive so that it's used in a pinch (ruler is being raided, and needs heli assistance?). This would put a solo ruler and a zerg ruler on equal grounds.
Now that I think about it, could possibly in the future recruit an "army" of mil scientist, or even heavy? Just spitballing.
Thats up to you, just always remember to keep things configurable. Number of heavys to spawn, spawn durations, despawn if ruler dies etc

Can we also get a config for things like min and max tax amounts, having to edit the .cs file after every update is getting annoying lol. Also the ability to turn off the heli call feature. I have a load of things players can do with the heli already, I dont need another one on the map xD

How about the longer they stay ruler the more stuff they gain access to?

Also having full clan detection would be nice, so if a member of the clan is ruler, then one of thier members dies, the rulership changes hands. This would make the ruler cycle around the server a bit more. Also a feature to turn on that allows ruler to swap to a new player on ruler logging out for more that X seconds
