Would it be possible to set a cap for the tax amount? Also, could it be possible to have permissions for changing the realm name or add a blacklist/filer for it?

i second this. I can't use this plugin knowing every player will put a tax to max.

Changing the tax is not to hard to do as far as i can see. Ill test it now and report back :)

double TaxMin = 0.0;
double TaxMax = 95.0; - Change this to say 30.0 this would be max of 30% Please test with players and let me know :)

Yeah sure thing. Will add an admin command to change the max, with a config. 

also would be great, if instead of using claimruler, 1 was randomly selected. If that ruler dies or kills themself, it randomly picks another player on the server.
