Simple idea... Throw a special supply signal (custom supply signal item with skinID and Custom name) and attack helicoper will fly on the location and you can takedown it.

Please link me this if you remember where you saw it. I hope it's not complex expensive plugin with a lot of other features, because I need this simple thing only but anyways feel free to DM me if you find something.
