As the title says, I want every recycler on the server to have the ability to "cannot disassemble certain items". I've seen various recycler plugins, but some plugins apply the blacklist only to the summoned recycler, and some plugins can be added to the blacklist but the recycling speed is forcibly changed.

But I don't need that kind of quirky effect, I just want the blacklist effect. Wouldn't it be nice to have a simple and low load?

Isn't this description "specify an item that does not change the output magnification as a blacklist"? But I will try it later.
