No. You can't define raid times by real time with this.
Also this plugin can be exploited by players easily.
I don't see why server owners still use this.

Listed, unlimited, as always. Plugins where instanses are locked to specific amount is showing level of developer who making them
Well, of course it would be good if this was a plugin where one can damage off and on within specific times that are defined in the config and which are not static and can be changed if necessary.

I'll make you something. I agree, the normal ORP is extremely exploitable. I've been doing something where each player (or clan in my case) can block off 12 hours where they can't be raided, but where they can be raided the rest of the day. So they aren't punished for playing by opening themselves up to raid, which normal ORP does.
