!!LOOKING TO HIRE DEVELOPER, I AM REALLY TIRED, SORRY!!

My name is Teo, owner of Rusty Oasis. For the last one and a half months, I have been working on setting up a rust tournament.
Everything is working smoothly. We have tests every single week, more and more people being interested in taking part in the tests.

Today I had the 3rd test, it ended 2h ago. It made me realise that I don't have the resource to make the tournament the way I want.
Taking into consideration all the suggestions that I got from the participants, I realized that I am in need of a plugin developer.
It doesn't really matter if you are a beginner or an experienced one. We are just looking for people that are really dedicated to making Rust plugins, and people that want to grow with us.

About the budget, it's small. You have to understand that I am already spending A LOT of money on maps, hosting (I have my own dedicated server). Don't worry, I am not going to disrespect your work. Good work is paid work. <3 A contract will be made, making sure you get paid monthly, having to do different tasks in order to get more money.
