Hi guys, 

We want to protect/block raiding between 02:00 to 10:00 UTC+1 for our server. (Norway)

Is there already a plugin that can suite this need? (deny Explosives, etx, and or "all damage" to structures.)

We have tried to manipulate configuration for "AntiOfflineRaid" to do the same, but with no luck.

Can it be written, or does it already exist?
