I'm looking for a small minor plugin that disallows the usage of a quarry or pumpjack if the user is already running one.

Does anyone know where I could find such a plugin? happy week ahead!

You don't know about status of marketplace do you?  Even, whats the matter of them selling it out of marketplace? Marketplace will only take part of payment as fees, it will be not focused on making money from people selling plugins? If guy made a guy he can sell it wherever he wants....
