A plugin that delays the initial spawning of the oil rig hacked crates with a variable config time.  So a server admin could set it to like 4 hours after wipe and then hacked crates would start spawning.  Would this be possible??

You can use this console command:

hackablelockedcrate.requiredhackseconds

I didn't want to change the timer on the crate itself, I wanted to delay there being a crate at all at oil rig.  So when the map wipes there will be NO oil rig hacked crate until 2-4 hours into the wipe.
