Chat filter/chat mod

Simple plugin that allows a player(who has the perm) to do /cw do not spam chat and the  plugin would post [chat moderator] do not spam chat

/mute or /cm <playername><reason>

The plugin would give 30 minutes and increase in time to 1 hour.

Auto filter N word <censor>

then auto mute them

[chat moderator] muted <player> 30 minutes for bad word.
