Disabled RF Frequencies

I know many people have been experiencing many issues regarding electricity. Especially servers that retain large player builds with lots of circuits over a long wipe, bi-weekly or monthly. 

I have reason to believe that these issues are releated to RF signals, and an overload of them. I want to test out my theory by completely disabling RF frequencies, and see how that impacts the performance of electrical circuits. I know there are 10 different calls related to RF, which are add, added, remove, removed for listening and broadcastingd, and 2 for changed frequencies.

I was hoping that someone could somehow incorporate the appropriate calls, to completely disable RF, simply for testing to see if it improves electrical circuit performance. If this works, I will keep it enabled, until we can come to a better solution for RF.

You can disable a lot of things - Animals AI, Decaying system, few other stuff that will give impact for performance. But does it really matters when MOST of people have servers on bad hardware or they are filling their servers with low-qualited plugins?
