This is goign to sound kinda dumb for vanilla Rust, and would likely be of ZERO value, BUT...in thinking about the RP servers, having the ability to do "/me ..." commands would be AMAZING!  In FiveM we use these extensively as non-verbal alerts to let, for example, EMS personnel know your current state. (i.e; "/me has very shallow breathing, and a low heart rate"  or "/me is still unconscious" etc)  

Would something like this even be possible with Rust/uMod?  I suppose it could temporarily replace the name text above a player's head, or (even better) appear above it.  Again, with FiveM, the message appears for roughly 5 seconds...just long enough to read, but not so long that it becomes some kind of digital billboard.  Is there perhaps already something like this that has been made?  I did some cursory searches and didn't see anything.
