Is there/Can someone create a plugin that logs how much damage each participant/top three damage dealers dealt to a heli/bradley then lock the crates to the highest damage dealers based on percentage of damage dealt?

I know there is a similar plugin outside of uMod, but I am not sure how actively maintained that is.
