I'm lost.  I'm using the XP Rewards plugin, but don't have a plugin that provides the gather rate change for a particular player.  The link in your comment is to a plugin that changes gather rates based on day/night.  Not sure how that would work here.

For that plugin, it says there are "gather permissions groups".  If I have 20 levels, does that mean I have to create 20 gather permission groups?
