looking for a plugin or to be made that provents players looting others stuff.

i use share boxes 
i use provent looting on umod
and dynamicshare
they are all good but not really user friendly.
i want one it has share un share btn for all like share box but a btn also to share with 1 person so if its a hotel or something
i also want it tonot allow players to use helis and so on thats not own

but i like dynamic share for clan members so they dont have to have tc for quarrys or so on to access it
also would like cupboard access to grant auth people acccess to all too
