Just looking for a simple plugin that will indicate to all players that Cargo is occupied, on a PVE server. Maybe a message on screen, or an icon that shows on screen for all players when a player has entered the Cargoship clipping bubble. 

This is in an attempt to reduce the fued's that ensue over whos loot is whos.
