You could try using Timed Execute.

I went through 70 pages of plugins and didn't find anything that I could use. Timed execute doesn't seem to do what I'm looking for, since I would have to do manual resets

Was able to do it by combining AutoCommand and Timed Execute, would appreciate a separate plugin for this though

https://umod.org/plugins/auto-commands would handle on wipe, but not at a time.
