As title says give people with the permissions (e.g. unlimTC.unlimited) unlimited TC up keep, very simple.
Alternatively I've done no research towards making a umod plugin myself, so if someone links me to a very recent guide to making plugins I could try it myself.

That sounds abount right. I never though of searching for it using that phrasing tho. I could not for the life of me imagine someone hadn't already made that kind of plugin. Thanks!
