Maybe it is not possible but I just go for it.
A plugin where you can use your clan name as a gang and mark your "territory" on the map with tc's so every tc give a radius on the map with youre gang name/sign which indicate youre gang is controlling that part of the hood.

any1 want to make it ? :-)
