Im looking to add a plugin that allows Players to 'Fly', but with collision, so they cant noclip into objects. I have 0 stability on a server and Id like to be able to offer that.

Just like the already existing plugins that are 'noclip' only, Id like to be able to not allow players near a TC without being forced to land, and be able to blacklist usage of guns while they are flying, and make the players not allowed to do damage, but take damage. More of a building perk that allows players to fly up to their sky bases.
