is there a way to make sure loot drops when destroying a vending machine or when you kill the floor below it 

i own a X-million server with teleport functions 
alot of smart players found a way to just make a big bunker base  with loot somewhere in middle of base, not on foundation lvl
and then they use vending machines, when wiping that base, then you dont have loot, if you try to raid it its 10.000 c4 atleast 

so those bases never get raided because never profit 
so i need a way to drop the loot on the vending machines
