Ever played a rusty server? They use some really good plugins that are appealing to players, sadly they are private/custom I'm pretty sure.
They have a plugin called "Scavanger hunt" where a random loot box spawns on the map, you get a compass to show you the direction, the loot box opens after 15 minutes.
They also have a plugin called "Rusty flight" where a cargo plane crashes into the map, on impact dropping a few milcrates.
These plugins are awesome, but sadly private. I'd like to see new versions of these made available to the public.
