So I am admin on a server for 2 weeks and that server had /ban [name or steam id] [reason] . but the difference is that when you used it it was different than a normal ban. u had to ban someone from padmin and from /unban too .. oh btw when you a banned someone it said [player] kicked for banned . [players] is permanently banned from this server for [reason] . I would really like a plugin like this cause it was very useful pls notify me if it already exists but i haven't noticed 

I don't see what is difference about what you are describing. A ban and a kick, that isn't really unique.

I'm not sure what padmin and unban have to do with that either.

A plugin such as Enhanced Ban System already handles what you want, as a normal ban system and kicking.
