Is there a plugin that shows the number of kills for all players on the screen WITHOUT someone having to trigger it via a chat command?

I just thought there was one on here that did this very thing, but so many have "disappeared" lately that it's hard to tell if there was or wasn't.

What exactly has "disappeared"? There's been exactly 4 plugins removed from this site in the past 3 years.
