Build anywhere you want.  No more red-build icons.  Build inside the Outpost if you want.  Build inside or on top of any monument.  That would be nice.

Have you tried the Build plugin? There are a few threads regarding this as well.

I've been trying the Build plugin for about half an hour now and, without proper documentation, I'm pretty stuck.
