I like the idea of making traps. But I'm not online a lot. So the idea of killing another player (and maybe making them lose their loot) just to kill them doesn't appeal to me.
Would it be possible to have a mod gather loot from the ground, corpse, or player backpack and put it in a crate near by?
Mod variables
- Adjustable range from crate/container. I think that the crate should have to be very close so the victim has a chance to come back and get thier gear. But some server admins might want to allow crates to gather loot from greater distances.
- Allow or disallow the collecting crate to be locked. Again, maybe making it easier for the victim to return and try to get thier loot.
- Collection trigger: Will the look be collected right when the player dies, when the corpse turns into a backpack, or when items are supposed to despawn they instead go to the collector crate.
- Flag crates as collectors or maybe just have all loot look for the nearest player container when it meets the Collection Trigger and the loot is then moved to that container.
- If Collection container is full, will loot go to the next nearest container within the range limit or will collection attempt be ignored.
- Will Auto Loot Collector apply to NPC's and animals (not sure if this situation would ever happen)

- Will Auto Loot Collector harvest plants near by when they reach 100%
