As the title says hoping there can be plugin for such. intended use is for players to pull there victims found, to prison. either naked or raided bases. also if possible disable KILL command to make the game harder once captured.

Not really for sleeping players though as far as I know.

I will try it out on a sleeper, my opinion was based on watching the video on the plugin page where the "body" had 100% white bar above body and no flies, also there is no point in moving a dead body as it despawns within a short while/

It wont work on a sleeper (my apologies for the assumption) as it just goes to the "loot" option and even if  you remove all the loot it just shows empty inventory,,   its a pity as moving a live body could be fun :)
