errr Example when in join the server and its automatically provide A message note for Me what to do . i seen someone server its shows Craft a pick axe or axe and build a camp fire .

ahh the hints. Those are automatically give to new players
so what is the plugin ? haha can provide the name for me?
If you're talking about those blue popups then they're part of the rust client. Else just look for join messages
@Quantum - I have only seen this on one server I joined a modded one, and I have no idea for hte life of me where to set that because I don't even see in the client options or anything that says that or how to turn them on or make them work,

There are plugins that do this but they are exisiting paid rust plugins, idk if we are allowed to post links here.

The things you want to "teach" them are so obvious I dont see the point in it. if you dont supply a kit for them to start with which contains basic tools/wood/stone/clothing they will have to start with the vanilla "rock" as everyone has done since the game began and you teach yourself what you have to do, its a steep learning curve but that is actually the game = survival
