You know the gambling wheel where you can gamble with scraps.
It would be cool if you could gamble with other items such as c4 or guns, lowgrade etc. 

I did not find any plugin that can do this. If there is, let me know.
Or if you are bored and have the skill to make such plugin id be happy :)
