Players list is telling me i am not allowed to use the commands, is this becuase im the only one online?

just realized.. it is your plugin hahaha... sorry im asking for helpm i dont meen to bug, i usually figure it out, but your file is small, and i cant figure out which permission i use to allow EVERYone to use /players

i am also having issues with shops, do you know if there is any shops plugins Ready to go, iv tried a couple but there all set to a deult of Rifles and ammo. i dont know how to change all of the proper command lines to configure the shop right.
- oxide.grant group default nteleportation.tpr - /tpr would this allow it for players?
