So i can not get the Kits to work so im doing them all 1 by 1 and im wondering how do i get the NPC to spawn with like say a hoodie & metal chestplate?

There are sections in the config for each part of their body, but only for one item per section. If the hoodie is usable in a head slot, you can put I there instead.

but then i cannot use anything else on the head
