Can paying scrap (eco and RP for players who use these systems) be added so if you call a number will either return chat message "You need to pay 1000 scrap to call this number" or take the scrap from your inventory and successfully do the call. In my case want to make players trigger a command by paing scrap for it.

Hi, sorry for late response. Can you describe what exactly are you trying to achieve? (I have discord in docs in case you don't want to discuss it publicly for whatever reason). I dont want to add something that may not be necessary. There are "pay to get stuff" plugins, so ideally Phone Commands would only be used as alternative to chat command, leaving paying logic to another plugin. 

I can discuss it publicly but because you replay late, I also forgot what I was trying to achieve when typed this topic before about the pay-to-run command. Let me remember first.

Maybe it was calling helicopter from another plugin personalheli.call {steamId} or something else... I do not remember but the feature in general should be useful for everyone because if the plugin do not support a price cost feature to use it, you can run the command through phone and charge players scrap/RP/eco to execute it.
