Problematic. The plugin searches through all items on the server and sets them to full health. It doesn't currently discriminate. For a permission it would need to have check the items for ownership, and only apply the changes if the permission was active and the owner had permission. It would make it rather system heavy compared to it's current state, so I don't see myself implementing this. However the code is MIT licenced so if you want to alter it yourself or get another to do so you can.

Sorry to bump an old thread. This is a bit OP as is, the permission system would make it better so then it could be given as reward or something but nice idea anyway.
