It doesnt create one I had it working but it just stopped

Redownload then re-install, because it does create one.

You can also copy the config from the documentation and edit that.

there is no config and when there was it was working it will not turn into a config file

If you have no config, you need to copy the one from the documentation as stated previously and edit it, then upload it, reload the plugin. The plugin will not work if your config is missing. If you config is somehow getting deleted you need to figure out why or contact your Host Provider as the config does not just delete itself.

yes i dont think you understand everytime i put try to load it it is non existant
