I will have to check the notifications coding. Which notifications is everyone seeing? There are some notifications that the admin will see and some that are for everyone to see.
However, the other command does indeed work for it to work you need to have some kits already created and replace kitname with that name. so it should look like this /pt name fastburst SoldierKit 1 - if you do not have the players name or kitname correctly it will default to the /pt player fastburst in this case as shown
