Did you set the Kit in the config?

No as it states if left blank it uses a default layout

I am still updating the documents but yes it requires a kit.

That appears to have worked but I notice that the troopers that have landed try to shoot down the ones still parachuting in. Don't think it affects anything just its kinda funny to watch.
