I tested and this variable does not work for static pump jacks at monuments. Even if set to false it uses the "Crude oil gathering rate" settings.

Hi there, I have been gone from the Rust scene for the last ~2 months. However, I am coming back over the next few days.
I have read all the issues from all the plugins I maintain, and am currently putting some time aside so I can work on fixing everything in a timely manner.
