As the title states, the world spawn pumpjacks put out everything, Crude, Sulfur, Metal, and Stone. When I restart the server, the world spawn PJ's return to just crude, but at some point they switch over to everything. Unfortunatly I have to use the Quarry can gather oil setting in order to get the oil mineable, seeing as the pump jacks are not placable over the craters. 

Could the setting that enables the quarry to pump oil be the cause of the issue?
