First off. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for reviving this plugin. I missed it so much. I don't know how I missed it being back until now.

I'm just a little unclear on what HQMO | 0.2 - 0.33 is referring to. Other than that I'm all set and ready to put this back on my server.

Well almost ready. I'm running Back Pump Jack right now. Will I have to run oilcrate regenerate  after I load the plugin to keep the current Pump Jacks live? Or should I just wait until after wipe to load the plugin?

I haven't had a chance to delve too deeply into the plugin, as the main changes I needed to make were smaller changes. Like adding language API's and such.

Thinking about how it does bring back oil pumps, I'm guessing it's percentage.
I had access to the original description used, so I had that as a placeholder (so much of it still needs further explaination which I will be doing as I am using it on my public server as I work on it)
