Preventing teleporting from blocked zones?Solved

In the config set:
"UsableIntoBuildingBlocked": false,
"UsableOutOfBuildingBlocked": false,
With these settings, I can not teleport from the "blocked zone", but I can teleport to it anyway. Is it possible to prohibit teleportation if access to a building is lost?
