Is is set to true or false?  What is the problem you are seeing?

"OffsetTPRTarget": false, 

and

"OffsetTPRTarget": true,

TP takes the player for themselves, and not in the place where he took the challenge TPA

It seems that the issue is that while not exact it's too close.  Fix pending.

Of course make sure that this setting is in the TPR section of your config.  Also try the release 1.0.56 and see if that helps.
