I have a custom "town" area that myself or a Mod builds each wipe. it gets changed up every wipe and i let the players build something for the server. They can tp in with me setting a custom command but because they arent on tc/team they cant teleport out. What can i change to make it to where they can teleport out without me giving perms for all players to tp out of a build blocked area? if even possible.

hi, there is no separate option for this. I can add it in the next update. in the meantime they need to leave the building blocked area.
